After a successful first year (2016-2017) implementing a Foreign Language in the Elementary Schools (FLES) Spanish program, Watertown is expanding the program to include 1st grade.
In Year 2 of the program, instruction will take place in Kindergarten and 1st grade. Students will receive Spanish instruction for 30 minutes per day, 3 days per week. One grade of instruction will be added annually until we have a formed a full K-12 language program.
